As part of the base-metal Intercessions Weekend Lab at BigCi, Bilpin (organised by Julie Vulcan and Alan Schacher), I did a half-hour performance in the bush near Wollemi National Park. I spent the first twenty-five minutes of the performance collecting leaves and putting them in my pockets. When my pockets were full I took the leaves out in handfulls and pushed them into my mouth until I choked and spat them out. I continued until I had run out of leaves.
